Where is your store located?
We are an online Islamic Fashion store based in the heart of Toronto ON, Canada serving customers across North America.
What is my Abaya/ Kaftan size which fits my body?
Please see “Size Charts” which have been saved in each product for information purposes.
How do I place my order?

Please go to the “Our Collection” tab from the navigation menu on the main web page and then drill down and select your choice of abayas and other amazing varieties for order placement.

How do I receive the order confirmation?

You need to place the order on our website by choosing the product including color and sizes and filling information for address, name etc. After order placement, we will send you order confirmation at your email address to let you pay the invoice.

What are the available payment options?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash payments for local pick up in Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Email transfers (Interac e-Transfer) within Canada
  • For US orders, we will approach customers to pay the invoice using their convenient methods of payment to process the order.
Do you offer shipping worldwide?
We offer shipping to the USA & Canada wide only.
How do I know what delivery charges are for my shipment?
  • Flat rate box for Canada wide shipping via Canada Post. This is $23 upto 5 kg in weight. Customers will be given tracking number to track their shipment.
  • For USA orders, once we receive your mailing address along with order, we will contact you with estimated shipping charges. An email will be sent to the customer in USA notifying her/him of shipping charges.
When should I expect my order delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Details of shipment made (including tracking number, if applicable) are shared with the customer.

What is your exchange policy?
We have a 7 days exchange policy. This means the customer can request for exchange of sold item with another item of similar value within 7 days after sales. Exchanges are entertained provided the item(s) are unworn, unused, unwashed, not damaged or stained and in perfect resalable condition as determined by our customer services. Items that are torn, damaged or soiled due to improper use or washing cannot be accepted for exchange. “Clearance Items” are Final Sales and cannot be exchanged.

What are the precautions for washing and ironing Abayas and Kaftans?
We recommend that you dry clean, or hand wash the abayas and kaftans in cold water. Do not use washers or dryers and do no use bleach or wring. We highly recommend you hang dry your abaya. Never spin or tumble dry. Hang your abaya on a hanger and steam press or iron.
